How Do I Find My Confirmation Email

At DeepSeek Deals, we send important order updates to the email address you provide at checkout. Here’s what to expect:

📩 Order Emails You’ll Receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email – Sent immediately after checkout to acknowledge your order and provide an order reference number.
  • Order Processing Email – Sent once the retailer confirms they can fulfill your order and the process begins. If you’ve ordered from multiple retailers, you will receive separate confirmations.
  • Order Shipped Email – Sent when the retailer dispatches your item(s). If your order includes multiple shipments, you’ll receive separate notifications.
  • Shipping Update Email – Includes tracking details (only for tracked shipping methods). You won’t receive this email if you selected standard shipping.
  • Account Creation Email – Sent when you create an account on DeepSeek Deals.
  • Order Cancellation or Refund Email – Sent if your order is canceled or refunded.
